Revised Pumpkin Biscuits

"I think I smell something good coming from the kitchen!"

"Sniff, Sniff, Sniff."

"Those smell like my treats...what are you making?"

I decided to make a modified version of the
Pumpkin Biscuits.  Instead of using wheat flour,
I'm using oat flour and halving the recipe.

"I'm not sure what modified is, but I hope it's tasty!"

They are in the oven baking right now.

"Why do these things always take so long?"

"Are you STILL taking my picture?"

"I hope they will be done soon, I have things to do...
like take a nap and well, that's about it I suppose."

"She has taken them out of the oven and
I can see them cooling up there."

Here they are, Jenny!

"Those are definitely tasty morsels!"

Here is the revised recipe for a half batch:
1 egg
1/4 cup canned pure pumpkin puree
1 T. dry milk powder
1 1/4 cups oat flour

Mix ingredients together in a bowl.  Add a tablespoon of water or enough until the dough comes together.  Roll out dough on a lightly floured surface to about 1/2 inch thickness.  Cut into desired shapes and place on a lined cookie sheet.  Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.  Flip biscuits over and bake an additional 20 minutes.  Let cool on pan for 5 minutes.  Serve and/or Store.

MLB

Jenny, it's April and baseball season has begun.
"That's good."

Jenny's favorite team is the Chicago Cubs.
She's even posing with the Cubs Gnome Rock!

She has a very cute Cubs collar.

Waiting for the game to start.

"This might be a good angle to see the TV."

Jenny's View

"I think I'm getting a stiff neck.
I need to change positions."

"That's better."

She watched the rest of the game through the back of her eyelids.
